AC21 -Case transferred from VSC to TSC

Recently my case transferred from VSC to TSC.
I want to file AC21 papers but confused to which center i need to send.
When i was checking address for TSC in USCIS site, it shows all I-485 related matter should be sent to Nebraska.
If someone knows please help me.
Its very urgent .
1.And also after sending AC21 will USCIS sends any letter to me
2.Last month i sent a letter to USCIS to revoke my current attorney and to send future documentation to me. How can i confirm that attorney has been revoked.
I called USCIS and they dont have access for it.

I want to file AC21 papers

I am in the same boat. My case has been transferred from Vermont to Texas service center and waiting to file AC-21.

As per my attorney, we need to submit to Texas service center only.
When some one file I-485 first time along with I-131 , I -140 needs to send the documents to Nebraska. But Just Now at this point need to send all the applications to the center where you were application is physically pending or transferred

I filed I-131 application recently to Texas service center at following address:
