AC21 case in TSC!!!

Hi all,
I just found these postings in Texas Service Center thread. Remember, Texas Service Center is the only service Center which very clearly told that AC21 can be used ONLY after I-140 approval.

1. This person changed job while I-140 was pending...
2. He informed USCIS about the job change, before I-140 approval
3. His sponsoring company is going to shut down.
4. His I-485 RFE is only for medical, not for future job offer.
5. His I-140 was approved on Sept 03, 2004
6. His I-485 RFE is simple(for vaccination) one and he will approved without any problem.

We need a thread to track only AC-21 people

It would be a good idea to have a thread only for tracking folks who
used AC-21. This way we can know how USCIS is processing those cases.

The article seems written before one can file I140/I485 concurrently. It does not mention I140 at all. The article refers to a question asked in August 2001. One cannot file I140/I485 concurrently until July 31, 2002.

So, nothing is new. One still needs I140 before he can use AC21. Of course, one can still gamble his gc process if he uses AC21 before 180 days
