My case was approved today.. Lawyer called me now and told me
that she received my approval notice.

My RD is 08/21/2001.
Changed the job before 180 days..
RFE on 10/28/2002 for employment letter and birth affidavits.
RFE received by INS on 12/10/2002.
AD: don't know the extact date...

Was your case status changed on-line or on the AVM? did you ever call the IIO. Please share your experience.

Online status not updated..

Onlinse status was not updated. I neved checked AVM.
Called IIO on 02/21/03 to know the status..
I mailed my EAD newal application on the same day..

I came to know through my Lawyer...

Can you provide the letter format from employer as well as the cover letter (which might have been written by your attorney) ?
Did you mention the start date in your employment letter?

Employment Letter (AC 21) - RFE

Hi,

Is there anyway you can mail me or post the Employment letter you had mailed out to INS in response to the RFE you received after you changed the company after 180days of 485 (AC 21). please send it to graopv@yahoo.com

I have also received an RFE after I changed company after 180 days of applying 485 and I did not inform INS earlier.
