AC21 case Approved!!!
As per online message, my case has been approved, here are the details

RD:- 11/02/2004
2nd Fingerprinting:
REF:- NONE
AD:- 02/12/2004
-- I-140 Approved at VERMONT center
-- I-485 Filed At NEBRASKA (Previous Company Attorney sent
documents to Nebraska instead of VERMONT)
-- Job changed after One year and sent the AC-21 related
information by new company Attorney, Looks like INS not
concerned about job TITLE. My new title is different then the
previous title.

thanks for the posting and congrats. could you mention whether you were an EB1 case (i ask because i hear there's some potential problems with AC21 with EB1)? also, when and how did you inform CIS re AC21 - i guess they were satisfied to the point that they didn't have to send you a further RFE?

P.S.: did you mean your RD was 11/2001?
 
-- Yes,my RD date is:- 11/02/2001 and EB3 category
-- My New Attorney send AC21 details with in two months after
changing the JOB(In May 2003)
