Finally our cases were approved on sept 1st. The website still shows the old message. I got to know about the approval from my local congressman's office. I live in Austin, TX and I had contacted Rep. Lloyd Doggett. I don't know if the contacting the congressamn's office or not because just before the case worker called INS, our cases were approved.
I used AC21 in July 04 and and informed INS about my job change in the last week of july. I had applied for my 3rd EAD and AP on 07/26/04.

482 RD:10/15/02
FP1: 12/05/02
FP2:07/16/04
485 AD: 09/01/04
