Folks,
I called NSC on 06/27 to find the status on my case but the lady IO at NSC told my case is already approved on 06/25. My wife called and found out her case was also approved the same day, but no e-mail or online status changed. Was little bit worried, but yesterday evening got the following e-mail and online status changed. I believe this happened to all guys who got approved on 06/25.
Receipt Number: LIN03xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR
TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Approval notice sent.
On June 28, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this
I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS.
Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you
receive the notice, call customer service.
This was an AC21 case, I changed job two times but didn't file AC21.
PD: 02/2003
RD:08/2003
Good luck to all of you guys out there. Also the lady told me they are processing based on RD and they have 18000 cases to approve within 120 days.
What a great relief!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks
