AC21 case, approved no RFE

Here are my case details
applied under EB3, from California
I485 RD 23 Dec, 2002
I140 approved Feb 2003
Lost job April 2004
Secured a new job and started on 29 Jun 2003 in Michigan
The new job was lower paying (cost of living difference). However, the job title was same and the job description was very close (almost same).
I was working under EADs, had my second FP on 25 Aug, 2004 and got approval on 30 Sep, 2004 without any RFE
I have read this newsgroup every now and it has been very useful.
I took help of Mr. Rajiv Khanna for drafting the AC21 letter and I greatly appreciate his help.

can u tell what letter contents are , I mean my lawyer only wrote few sentences sayin this is ac21 case and similar occuaption da da . Can u pl post content of letter...(not actual letter)
 
Mine case is almost same as mahaper. Lost job on March 2004, got a new job on May 2004, changed employer(who was supporting my GC).
Send FOIA request end of september got control no last week.
485 approved last friday(Oct 22,2004).
No RFE in any stage :eek:
Thought several times weather to apply AC21 or not but was never able to take any dicission. That was the reason for delaying the FOIA request. Not sure that after approval do I still need to send AC21 letter or not.
Best of luck of all of you guys who are in almost in my situation....
