Hi friends,
Mine is a EB3 based I-485 case, filed in 05/2002 in CSC. I changed employer after 180 days using AC21, but didn't inform BCIS about job change. The new job is with same duties and higher pay.Now my case has been transferred to Columbus, OH and I got a interview scheduled on 1/21/05. Since I didn't inform USCIS about my job change, am I in trouble now?? Did anybody had same kind of situation?? Please reply....
Thanks....

From what I have read and I am sure a lot of people with experience will add, is that you will need to carry an Employment verification letter from your current employer (lot of samples available) and also indicating intent to hire you on your approval. I don't think that there should be any cause for worry.

People with such experience please add.

Take it easy

I called my lawyer about I didn't infrom the job change. She said there is no such form like AC21 and you do not have to infrom INS about that. Only AR-11 is needed to infrom the change of address. Don't worry about that.

Thanks

Carry Sufficient Supporting Evidence

Hi,

I talked to one of my friends here and his opinion is - carry as much supporting documents as you can collect.
Some of them are
- New Employer's offer letter
- Employment verificatoin from New Employer saying you are an employee ... bla bla
- Latest four months Pay stubs from curren employer
- last Years Tax W2 forms if they are from the former Employer
- Last two months pay stubs from the previous employer.

I read many posts here saying that AC21 Disclosure is not Mandatory. But you should be covered with proper evidence in case of need.

All the Best and Let us know what happens.
