Hi,
I am planning to use AC21.
My job's o.c.c. code is 030.062-010 (title 'S/w engineer') and corresponding Onet code is 15-1031.00.
I am currently a Salaried employee on W2. (140 approved years ago, on 3rd EAD).
I am planning to switch to 'W2 hourly' OR '1099 Hourly'.
I know 'W2 hourly' is ok from an immigration perspective.
How about 1099? Since I will still be employed by somebody else, can't I use it?
