AC21 basic doubts

I took substitute labor and completed 180 days for 140 & 485 from VSC. Till now no RFE and no Approval. Now I want to go for AC-21 with new company.
What happens:
1) if I get any RFE on I-140 with old company.
2) if he revokes before I file AC-21.
3) if he revokes after I file AC-21.

It is very risky. Why can't you wait until your I-140 is approved?

Yes you are correct. But I got more better offer and it was more than 9 months 140 and 485 were filed. Is this AC-21 facility is already started or coming soon?

Ac21 Questions

My I140 is approved and I485 > 180. My title in labor is "Application Development Specialist" and I got an offer with title as "Application/Database Administrator". The job duties are similar but the title is different. I would like to know your opinion on switching to the new job with the diffrent title. I know I should contact an attorney for this question but just like to see opinions on this question. Also, I would appreciate if you can refer me to any good attorney with exp. in handling such cases.
