AC21 approved without RFE

what percentage of people get AC-21 Approved without RFE? , Yesterday My friend working with me in same hosp said he send his AC-21 letter to USCIS in aug and seems also He did his 2nd FP done in Aug . he is got approval !without RFE . what's going on I did same even before him 3 months before nothing changed .. please share your thoughts

Is it straight-forward AC-21 Case like 140 approved and I485 pending > 180 days?
 
Yes lohith ... Unfortunatley very straight forward case, May be I sent AC-21 letter pro active . So no room for good followers of law.. :)

Its not mandatory to send AC-21, but since they do have such a law which
protects me I would always use it and send AC-21 letter to USCIS because it
makes more sense to me.
