I485 Approval Cases using AC21 (with I-140 Revoked)

Hi Guys,

Just starting a thread to track cases for AC21 cases getting approved...from retrogressed countries....after their employer revoked I-140 and the case got approved (endorsing that the PD got retained , even after I-140 revocation)..

this thread can be a good source for Success Stories to share (to check if PD is retained etc?)

I never heard of AC21 getting approved. R u saying your AC21 was approved?

after replying to NOID - what happened to your I140 - did it get approved back...from revoked status....
