I want to change employer from Co. A to Co. B. I have got H1 from Co. B. So I know that I should apply for AC21 but not sure how to proceed. Have the same job responsibilities.
1) Can I give notice to current employer(Co. A) that I am leaving them, and last day will be June 5th.
2) Then, need to apply AC21 this week.
3) What documents(list) are needed for AC21?
4) What is address to send the documents? ( Applied GC from vermont center, 1-140 approved in 2004)
I know it consumes time to respnd this, but plz help me I really need ur help.
