I do not know it is the right forum to ask this question. Appeciate if someone thro light. I am eligible for AC21 (140 approved and 485 is pending more than 180 days). I am getting an offer that requires US citizenship or PR status.
The employer is asking me that whether I am eligible for working in government site and handle classified data (Defence). I do not know how to answer that. I have EAD and the job is similar to my current job.
