My I-485 is pending over 6 months. Recently I got a similar job with 50% higher salary then the original labor approve. My labor was filed 1999 with a small company and I didnt have a US graduate (masters) degree that time. So copmany filed EB3 with a start up salary. New company is offering me a great salary for 4+ years experiences for a succesfull record.
Now my question is, do you think INS will rise eye bro for such huge salary bump? I mean come..on this is 2003, not 1999. If my current level of experiences allow me to earn 30K more money then approve labor, why it is a problem for INS?
