AC21 and Salary Increase

I got my EAD and I want to switch to hourly consulting. This way salary will be much different (significantly higher) than that in Labor. How will that effect the AC21 case. Should I go for lower base salary and rest as bonus/incentive.
Pl let me know if someone else also faced this situation.
It has been more than 6 months after 485 was applied and It seems that I can get much higher pay (60%-70%) doing hourly than my current company is paying.

Salary differance should be OK. If you feel uncomfortable you go for bonus/incentive.

But important is it should not be 1099. You need get W2 at the year end.
 
I think u should not worry at all. I changed my job too and was called for interview. But they never even read the employment letter thoroughly. Well, as far as I think a higher salary is one reason , aperson would change job for so that should be no problem as long as ur r performing same or similar duties. If called for interview, get new pictures ( front facing) and get ur medicals re-done. It expires after 2 years. Just relax. Dont go overboard for all this. Just make sure u get an employment letter stating ur duties and salary should be fine as long as it is more or equal to what was quoted on ur application.
