I got my EAD and I want to switch to hourly consulting. This way salary will be much different (significantly higher) than that in Labor. How will that effect the AC21 case. Should I go for lower base salary and rest as bonus/incentive.
Pl let me know if someone else also faced this situation.
It has been more than 6 months after 485 was applied and It seems that I can get much higher pay (60%-70%) doing hourly than my current company is paying.
