ac21 and rfe

A lot of cases are getting approved recently without RFEs. If an applicant intended to inform BCIS about using AC21 when an RFE is issued, but ended up getting the 485 approved without an RFE, what are the applicant's options now as AC21 is no longer applicable after approval?

After approval: stick to your job for 6 months at least then nothing required.
Before approval: If you inform job change without RFE, case may get transfer.
But if you inform job change with RFE, chances are high for approval and minimal for case transfer.

There is no problem if you get approved without an RFE. Typically no questions are asked during stamping. So just move on and be a happy.
I am not at all sure about sticking to job for 6 months etc- I don't know what purpose that serves.

-Doesnt that serves the purpose of avoiding "intend of fraud" during naturalization process ?? Atleast thats what attorney's like Murthy has said.
 
I've heard that you have to stay with sponsoring employer at least for 6 moths after GC approval, cause when eventually you will apply for citizenship,in the N400 form they ask for employment info, some people say that it's possible for them (Uscis ) to say that you committed fraud cause you did not stay with sponsor, remember GC if for future employment.

I don't know how this can be applied if you have already been working with your sponsor????

any suggestions?
 
At the time of stamping they do not ask about any company information and they do not accept any document other than valid I-94, AP and EAD (if you have Any). So what should one do in such case where apporval is without RFE and AC21 was not notified to INS.
