ac21 and rfe

A lot of cases are getting approved recently without RFEs. If an applicant intended to inform BCIS about using AC21 when an RFE is issued, but ended up getting the 485 approved without an RFE, what are the applicant's options now as AC21 is no longer applicable after approval?

Thanks!

The question is not clear. The story ends on 485 approval, no need to communicate with INS anymore.

would it be considered fraud or would it be an issue during citizenship? Thanks!

No! It is not your job to inform INS of anything unless INS asks it off you. So if they send you a RFE for EVL, you fill out AC21, if not you don't.

its clean, no issue. if they wanted they could inquire more but they did not not your fault. its not illegal anyway, AC21 allow change of employer, so far INS has not come out with formal regulations to implement this law. whose problem is that.

Thanks for the replies. So theoretically it is possible for a petitioner to never work for the sponsoring company as GC is for future employment and post 180 days of filing I485, it isn't essential to work for the sponsoring company. And BCIS doesn't need to know any of this... sweet!
