AC21 and premium 140

With premium processing for i-140 in effect, will concurrent filing become a thing of the past?. Are concurrent filing and AC21 currently valid though?.

Are you sure if I - 140 premium processing in effect? Can you please provide a link for that.

I dont think its in effect as yet.. but I did hear some rumor about how, it would remove any options of concurrent filing whatsoever.. thats why i wanted to confirm from some of the knowledgable folks on this board..
