Here are my case details. The timeline is as follows - I would really appreciate some advice.

May 2003 - 485 ND Concurrent Filing.

June 2004 - I lost my job (with the company that filed for my LC, 140, 485) because my EAD renewal did not come in time. By then my I140 had been approved and 485 was > 180 days.

July 2004 - 2nd EAD renewal came.

September 2004 - With the new EAD, I found a new job with the same job description and same job title.

November 2004 - My 485 approval came.

I have my PP Stamping scheduled at the end of this month. Do I just take a Employment Verfication Letter from my new employer (along with the other standards documents). Or is there anything I should watch out for during the stamping.

Thanks in advance... Any advice would help.

>> For the safe side: Take the EVL from the new employer (should mention job description, duties, start date, salary etc) Also take last 2/3 pay stubs from the current employer. Most probabily they will not ask any thing other than std docs (EAD,APs,I94 etc)

>>Go and get the stamp. Good Luck
