I am planning to file 485 soon. But a related question need to be solved first: does NIWers need to follow the AC21 guidelines?
My I-140 was approved in April 2005 in the category of NIW. I am now a postdoc in biomedical sciences at Univeristy A. I plan to start to work as a postdoc in another University (B) in Septermber 2005. The two jobs are quite similar. However, if I start the new job in September, there will not be 180 days after 485 filing date.
