I am eligible to apply for my naturalization. Below is my situation, please let me know if I will have any issues with naturalization process:
Applied 140 in march 2007 (company A)
Applied 485 in August 2007 (company A)
Worked for company A for 25 months after filing 485.
Did not file AC21, Moved to company B in Nov 2009 (My job was in same professional field, but different title. 60-70 of responsibilities similar to Labor certification)
GC approved while working for company B in sep 2010. (After working for 9 months)
Continued to work for company B for 6 months after receiving Greencard and moved back to company A (green cards sponsor employer) and worked with them for 15 months.
Will there be issues regarding not filing AC21, different job title? And working only for 6 months with employer B after getting GC as they became my AC21 employer.
