ac21 and layoff

hi
i used ac21 to change my job a few months back, i also let the ins know about the job change. havent heard from them abt it as yet. but now it looks like i might be laid off. what can i do. i can find another job buthow does this affect my gc process. its been more than a yr since i applied for my 485. my receipt date is nov 01.
some real good advice needed

If you have/sumbit proof that you are with the company for 180 days before moving to another company, you should be perfectly fine. It could be in the form of a letter from the employer stating that you were with them until so and so date and also paystubs.

Also, the new employer should provide you with a letter stating their intention to employ you under the terms and conditions specified in the original labor petition filed. Then, you are perfectly OK under AC21 law.
