AC21 and Job Description.

I need to inform INS about my job change and use AC21.
My Green Card Labor was filed as Oracle Apps 11i Database Administartor. Will it be okay to get the Employment Verification Letter as Database Administrator?

The job description alomost 90% similar. Is it important to have a job title description exactly same as filed in labor?

Apart from the above , I also wanted to ask to send the AC21 EVL what is the correct address for Nebraska Service Centre.?

You should be ok with title being DBA instead of Oracle 11i DBA.. Title is not as important - job description is! However, typically ur ETA 750 would have a longer job description than just Oracle 11i DBA.. If so, make sure that matches closely with the new job desc.
