AC21 and interview

I am not sure whether to use AC21 or not. Here are few questions :-

If we invoke AC21, what is the probability of interview for 485?
Does AC21 delay 485 approval?
If we invoke AC21, will that generate RFE?

If we invoke AC21, what is the probability of interview for 485?
-- Same as when you don't change employers. Infact there is a memo recently saying that an officer should not call for interview unless it cannot be resolved with an RFE.

Does AC21 delay 485 approval?
-- Certainly No.

If we invoke AC21, will that generate RFE?
-- Probably not. Things is that when you send AC21 documentation no one knows what USCIS does with it. No one has reported any change in LUD. So, typically speaking, USCIS does not even know you changed jobs.
