AC21 and I-140

Here is a situation; My organization doesnt provide me with EAC number for I-140 or a photocopy of my approved labor certification. I am sick and tired working for them and wanting to leave as soon as I get my I-140 approved.

Given these facts; Is it even conceivable for me to seek alternate employment if I dont have a copy of I140 (even the EAC#) and copy of labor certification. If such a possibility exists then what must I do to jump the ship!

For you to enjoy the benefits of AC21, you should have your 140 approved AND completed 180 from filing 485.

If you satisfy the above condition, then, Apply G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Representative, which would entitle you or any representative of yours the complete access to all your case. Once this is applied you / your representative can write a letter to USCIS to give copy of all your papers.
