AC21 and H1 extension

Hi,
Can ac21 and H1 extension applied together for new employer when 485 is pending? What is the procedure? R they giving 3 yrs extension?

Found this today (attached) on the USCIS website after obtaining a hint from my lawyer. It is guidance issued on DEC 27, 2005 (imagine when everyone was focussed on S 1932 and its downfall!)
