My I-140 is approved long back and in March it will be 6months after applying for I-485. My company is shaky, so I am thinking of changing job using AC21 law.
I have couple of questions:
1)If I change the job do I need to inform INS?
2)Should I apply for EAD or H1? What will be my wife's status if I
change the job on EAD. Right now she is on H4?
3)If in case my I-485 is not approved and I am on EAD.. what will be status then?
4)Also what does INS ask in Employment RFE, I just want to be prepared for that? (a employment Letter from employer abt the salary and still employed. Do they also ask for pay stubs too?).
