AC21 and EAD/AP Extention

My 140 is approved and waiting for 485 approval, I am planing to change my job using ac21. will it be a problem to extend EAD or AP....

Not at all. They are unrelated. Your EAD/AP is solely based on pending I-485 and AC21 is using portabilty allowed as per the law for long pending I-485.
