Please advise after reading my case
1. EB3 filled in Feb 2005 (and I-140 approved in Feb2007 and I 485 pending since July2007)
2. Ported job to new employer under AC21 in July 2009.
3. Due to fatal medical condition and disability thereof, I am on medical leave and may not be able to continue in present job.
Now
a) Will I still be considered for GC?
b) In event of my death, will my spouse and childern be able to continue GC process ?
