ac21 and concurrent filing

Does anyone know about any sucessful case related to this characteristics?

lets say person X filed concurrently, changed job or employer, same similar occupation, then use AC21 to have case approved?

Hi the expert.

As you might know concurrent filing was started only after July31st, 2002 and most of the center still processing case of Dec'01 or Jan'02 as latest, so you have to wait atlest 6 months to hear any sucess story.
