Dear friends,
My friend changed his job after 180 days of I-480 filling (from NSC to Vermont). However, with his attorney's suggestion, he did not notify NSC for job change and address change (although filed AR-11), and is waiting for RFE.
He left US last week with advanced parole for visisting family. The questions are:
when he comes back using AP, the immigration officer will check his status by computer through BCIS system, and will notice the inconsistency of the home address in NSC system with that on his new I-94 or driver license. How will he explain that?
He is expecting the notice for second FP. Do he need go back NSC for that? what'r the consequences if he goes back NSC for FP while he is living in Vermont jurisdiction area?
Thank you very much for your kind input.
Regards,
moon
