I have couple of questions for gurus.
My i485 case was transferred to Boston in the middle of August. I am going to change my employer in September (in two weeks after the transfer.) My i140 was approved in June last year.
Q1. Should I send AC21 latter immediately after I change the employer or I can just bring the EVL and my AC21 letter on the interview?
Q2. Is it mandatory to mention in EVL that I am on a permanent position here?
