AC21 -- Advise me

Hi Friends,

It is more than 16 months after I filed my 485.
If I change the employer with similar job duties using AC21 at this time, is there any problem?
What if GC sponsred employer revokes the I140 after I change the employer? Does it effect my 485?

Please advise me.

I do not see how AC21 would have any meaning at all if you are not safe in the situation you described. You really should speak to your attorney prior to doing anything though since it is very difficult to ascertain all the facts in this forum.
