AC21 - 180 days from RD or ND

Folks,

I got a very basic doubt.

For applying AC21, do we need to count 180 days from our I-485 RD or the I-485 ND?

Also, are they calendar days or the USCIS working days?

What is RD and ND. Can you elaboprate?

what is ND what is RD

RD : Receipt date of the I-485. This is the date you have submitted the application to USCIS

ND: Is the notice date. The date on which USCIS gives a notice that your application is received. This is also the date that dictates the case number given to you.

Thank you for the info. So my ND is Dec 14, 2004 becuse when we entered case # that what it says.

How would I know RD? My attorney sent papers in Dec 2004 firts week. Do we have to talk to attorney.
