Ac140 Packet3 - Help!!!!!

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF WE NEED TO SEND THE PACKET 3 SENT BY THE CONSULATE .THEY HAVE ASSIGNED A CASE NUMBER BUT ALSO SENT PACKET3(WHICH WAS ALREADY SENT ALONG WITH THE AC DOCS).THEY HAVE ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE INTERVIEW WOULD BE SCHEDULED IN OCTOBER. DO WE CARRY IT TO THE INTERVIEW OR DO WE MAIL IT EARLIER.

THIS IS A AC140 CASE.
 
Since you have already sent the DS 230 part I

don't bother about sending it again.All you need is DS 230 part II to be submitted in person at the consulate.By the way are you also carrying the sailing permit and IRS9003? After how many days of your sending P3 did the consulate enter it in their system?
 
I beleive it was the 6th of August the letter is dated 6th. Why do we need the sailing permit?
