ac140 case - please advise

Hi,

My ac140 pkt reached nwd last week and i recd courier at delhi address telling case number, encloses pkt 3 (instructions,
ds part 1)

Please answer following questions for me:

a. i had sent out packet 3, do i need to fill it up again and send ?

b. Only my name is mentioned as travelling applicant, my wife's name is not included whereas i did include her name in ac140 petition. is this normal ?

c. when would i come to know about the interview date ? do i need to call, please tell me number for immigrant visa section of nwd? or email is sufficient ?

Please answer these questions for me.

something has been missed by NWD ...

u should immediately call NWD and clear up the issues ...

u should not be required to fill up P3 again.
ur wife's name should have been there with ur case ....

call them between 12:30-2:00 am .... they are very nice to talk to and helpful too ....

do i have to fill up any form or i will just go the interview as a next thing ?

AC-140 Case

Hi appeal1232001 and im9999,
what do you mean when you say that you had included your wife's name in AC140 petition ?
I am also doing AC-140. I sent my approved I-140 petition alongwith DS230-I for me and my wife, original receipt for I-824, and DS-2001. That's (DS230-I) the only place where I included her name (other than the cover letter). Is there any other place I need to include her name too? Will the consulate reject my application in this scenario?
My packet was received by NWD on last Friday, Sept27 10:45am, but I haven't heard from them yet that they received it. Do they send an email confirming the receipt?
When should I be expecting the interview?

my lawyer included her name in the coverletter, then also i had to include
ds-part1 for my wife,
addendum to my I-140, when she was added as derivative to my I-140.
her birth certificate.

My I-140 was only mine. I don't think she is added anywhere on that, though I'll check in the evening. Is it necessary that she should be added on I-140 also?

incase you got married before filing 140 then she needs to be added to your i-140 petition, please talk to your lawyer about it.

Do'nt get nervous there should be a wayout still.
