Hi, am new user and following closely these issues related with AC 21.
Filed concurrently I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131 with NSC ( PD: 04/01/03). Recently got approvals for I-140, I-765 (for myself & my wife) and I-131(for both). In this case, after 180 days (which will be complete on 09/30/03) if I change my job using AC 21, what are the chances of denial of I-485, if they are any? Is is safe to change employeer at that point?
