Applied my GC thru company A, got my I-140 approved in October 2002 and company got shut down five months after applying my I-485 in Feburary 2003.

I changed 4 jobs from Feburary 2003 till date and never applied my AC-21, I got my I-485 approved on June 28th 2004, but got an email from my lawyer saying their are chances INS can revoke my GC because I haven't applied my AC-21.

Can you please advice

My opinion is that the chances of that are extremely small. If the lawyer believed that, why did the lawyer not notify USCIS of the change?
