AC 21 : Which Service Center?

Hi All-

Where to file AC21 to the Center where 485 is pending or where the new job is located?

My 485 is pending at NSC and I have joined a company in NYC using AC21 provision. I received following communication from my company lawyer:

AC 21 papers were submitted to the Vermont Service Center as that Service Center has jurisdiction over the location of your current role.

Is this correct????

No this is not correct. It should sent to service center where your I-485 is filed and pending.

You can take the inputs from other forum members too.
