AC-21 to Startup?

Can I use AC-21 to work for a startup company that has no chance of producing great financial data yet and only employs 3 people at the moment? Sounds a bit suspect to me.

I am not sure whether the new AC-21 company needs to provide this data or not. I have the feeling it is applied differently depending on the immigration officer but I have not reached any conclusion based on previous postings I have read.

Please post your experiences with RFE's noting whether you had informed the USCIS of the job change before they got the RFE.

Startup company is of no use. I know a similar case that was rejected by INS.

Infact I am planning to join a startup company. But it is financially strong.

My Salary with current company is way below LC. The new company is paying me 10 % more than what I is mentioned in LC.

Gurus, Please advise. What do I need to do?
