ac-21 : taking job in diff state

guys here is my info...its a concurrent application...

eb3 july 9th '03 nd
i-140 ad april 23rd

i want to switch job...i work in ma and want to relocate to nj..closer to family...is it a problem to move to a new state using ac-21?

i have not got my fp yet....and my ead 'll expire in dec '04...i have to apply for 2nd ead very soon...how will that work out....please advise...

there is no law stating that you can't take job out of state. you can use Ac21 as long as it is same or similar. title ,job description etc..

You can take a job in any state with AC21 applied, but only criteria is that the job should be the same area as specified in Labor Certification.

what will happen to my fp notice if i move to a new address in different state? also does moving to different state triggers application to be transferred to local office?
