Hello Friends, can friends who have used AC 21 and got their GC pls share your experiences,

my labour sal is 60 K , i am getting an offer of 150 K -- that is 150% more , i am planning to file AC 21, are there going to be any issues

the job responsibilities is still Senior Architect .. its 4 years since i filed labor and dont want to lose this opportunity ...

Unless your job involves a significant change pf geographical area (e.g. low-cost area to Silicon Valley or Manhattan) or type of employer (e.g. nonprofit or small business to Fortune 500 company), it could be hard to convince them that your $150K job is similar enough to the $60K job.

With a huge difference like that, keep quiet and don't file AC21 unless USCIS contacts you about your job situation. Don't unnecessarily attract attention. You are not obligated to file AC21 unless USCIS requests the information. If you do nothing, and the employer does nothing (i.e. doesn't ask USCIS to revoke the I-140), chances are your green card will proceed to completion without a problem.
