Ac 21 Question

my Company is going to lay me off by end of this month. Meanwhile i got an offer with another company but my pay is 85k when compared to 60k that i am getting now.

Is it ok to get a hike in salary?

Mine is a Sub labor, I only know my job title i am not sure of the job description in labor can i write something generaic for a developer and get around in the offer letter ?

My company applied for 3rd ead last week, once applied can they revoke or pull back an ead application?

when should i send the AC21 leltter?

My case details:
eb3, sub labor

140 approved jan 2004
140, 485 files june 2003
only 2nd ead. applied for 3rd last week?

Salary increase should be fine, but the job description in labor should match with the one that you are joining currently. There is nothing like revoking EAD application and I have never heard anyone doing it. Filing EAD is simple and even you can do it incase if he revokes (which I dont think its worth doing it) it.
