AC-21 question

Hi,

I got a nice offer from a company here but they want me to work on EAD. My 140 is not yet approved but I have passes 180 days time frame. Is it possible to use AC-21 before 140 approval assuming I have no issues form my employer.

Better to wait until it gets approved. I know dollars make everyone tempting, but its worth the wait for now. Decision is always yours finally.

What happens if your employer revokes ur 140 petition once u move out from him?

same situation for me also

EVen i got very good offer from fotune 500 company with very good package.My 140 not approved which i filed 8 months ago.

But,i want to wait untill it get approved.Even for me it is tempting.
