Kindly clarify me whether I am elgible for changing employers.
I filed for 140 and 485 six months back. My 140 was approved yesterday.
But the PD of my labor was Jan 3,2002(2 days from cutoff date).
Do I need to count the 180 days from the days the visa # becomes valid for me. Or am I elgible now itself.
I got EAD and Alien # was allotted.
