AC 21 Question

My info
2001 W2 - 80K
2002 W2 - 60K
2003 W2 - 40K(because of 1 months bench/2 months vacation)
2004 W2 - 60K

The Salary quoted in LC for future job is 72K. My current salary is 60K.

I work in San Jose for a California based company. My 140 is approved and 485 pending for around 6 months. I have offers for $90-95K in Boston, MA. The job description is similar to the old job.

Do you advise me to use AC-21 to join the Boston job?

Will any potential queries come up because of my low W2 Salary in 2003 and 2004?

I had the similar situation. My LC offer 75K, co. filed for 140 no longer in business. Switched 3 cos. in between the last one, got an RFE for tax return, and emp. letter.

Current sal. 30% higher than stated in LC. My case was apporved with AC21 last month.

It was encouraging to hear what you said from a person who has gone thru it all.
Can you pls give me ur approx ND and RFE date and final AD. Also, pls give me detailed info(if possible ) of ur RFE. Is it ur tax return or company's tax return?

Did RFE speed up ur case?
