AC-21 Question - Process / Lawyers Fees

Hi,

Can someone explain the logistics for filing AC-21 ? My attorney wants $1000 to do it for us. Is that a reasonable cost?

Hi,

I paid $750 for the lawyer. If you have a copy of your LCA approval and I-140 approval, you can possibly choose lawyers. My case, my lawyer won't give LCA approval copy as it has my previous employer's proprietary info

Sounds about right.. I had a co-worker pay 900 bucks
