AC 21 Question - Experts Pls respond

I had my 140 approved and 485 pending for more than 2 years.
I changed job once and filed AC21 paperwork.
Now i want to change job once again and file AC21 again.
Are there any risks at all or things i need to be concerned about?

Did anyone succesfully change jobs twice on AC21 with no issues with 485?

When you changed the companny's did you use EAD or H1-b transfer by filling AC-21.I heard that one can change the companny by filling ac-21 and do h1-transfer instead of working with EAD.If that is the case file ac-21 and stay on h1-b visa which is more secure than working with EAD.This is my just two cents....
 
I used H1 transfer and am currently on H1 but my 6 yrs of H1 is expiring in a month. My current employer filed for H1 extension but if i move to another company, i may have to use EAD and file AC21 again.
 
about H1

H1 transfer in the sense, transferring existing one or filing new H1. I'm confused since H1 fee has been increased who wants to pay for that?

My friend changed jobs thrice using AC21 and got approved; as long as you job function is same as in LC/I-140 you are safe.
 
Can we file AC-21 With H1-B transfer .I am currently on 7th year extension with my gc sponsered employer .I got permannt offer with my client companny can i cahnge employer with AC-21 AND file for h1-b 8th year extenion.My 485 filled 2 years ego and 140 Aprroved one year back.I donot want to use EAD .Can someone help me with this..
 
I thought the fees is same for H1 transfer or new H1.
Anyways, since i already have H1 i did a transfer. I filed AC21 since i left my sponsoring employer but i continued working on H1 and didnt use EAD.I had time left on my H1 then. Now i want to use AC21 again,but my H1 time is running out and the risk is almost same whether you use EAD or H1 to work when you are in last stage of your H1. If you use EAD and things go wrong, you are out of status right away. if you use H1 extension based on pending 485, the risk is still there if you run into issues with 485 since your H1 extension is based on pending 485.
 
I understand that but staying with H1-B is always prefferd even if there is a propblem in 485 still u can continue till H1-B expiration date in mean time we can find something but with ead you loose your status immediately.Even H1-B 6 yers period is over i think we still can change employer and apply for 7 th year extension with new companny.
 
I also heard we will get 3 years of h1-b extension which is very good to join new copmpanny and file AC-21 what do you think GURU'S...
