I changed my job after 6 months of filing the I485 and approval of I-140.
currently I am working for hourly rate from a consulting firm and this is a 'contract to hire' position. After 3 months I will get the permanant job.
I did not inform USCIS after changing the job. Should I inform now and also after I get the permanant position? both times,or should I send only one letter as soon as I join in the permanant job which is not hourly rate.

--Its better to inform USCIS about a permanent, long-term job. Wait till you recv an RFE or sent the letters after 3 months.
